Lana was presenting the award for "Favorite Male Movie Star" with Shameik Moore, and as expected, Noah won!
The co-stars shared an adorable hug on stage, and he even thanked her in his speech.
The pair actually flew together to LA for the award show, with Noah posting a cute AF video of the two of them sitting together.
At the show, Lana was gushing about Noah on the orange carpet.
"It's really really amazing [being with Noah]. He is s talented and he is an amazing actor. We've always gotten along very well so I couldn't have asked for a better co-star," she told Entertainment Tonight.
After Noah's won, they posed together backstage.
