Now... her website is being sued!
The lawsuit against Kylie's cosmetic website has come from Antoinette Suchenko, a woman who has legally been blind for over 20 years.
Antoinette uses a screen-reading device that provides audio of the text on any website, but encountered difficulty when trying to get onto Kylie's website.
As the Americans with Disabilities Act explains, companies are required to provide the same full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages or accommodations to blind customers as it does to people who can see.
But Antoinette isn't looking to sue Kylie for a whole lotta dollars. Instead, she wants the website to be updated to help people who are blind. Interestingly, DASH boutique was sued over the exact same thing last October.
