Donning logo-emblazoned bodycon dresses and midriff-baring tops, Jenner has been all too keen to flaunt off her newly-found postpartum form.
Of course, Jenner was only 21 years old at the time (she’s 23 years old now), so youth-driven teenage metabolism no doubt played a role. But that factor aside, here's what we know about her post-baby exercise and diet regime.
Diet: Eating As Much Organic Food As Possible
While she definitely lived by the 'treat yourself' mantra throughout her pregnancy, openly admitting to eating doughnuts and visiting American fast food chain In-N-Out to get her craving fix.
But post-baby, Jenner has made a strong move towards a clean, organic diet—which she stuck to long before her pregnancy. In a post on sister Khloé's app, she confessed that while the youngest Jenner hasn't always been the healthiest of eaters, she is mindful about what's on her plate: "Kylie eats like a typical teenager but she's also super aware of what she puts in her body when it comes to fresh and organic foods. It's all about that moderation, boo!"
According to Life & Style, Kylie's post-baby diet consists mainly of organic fish and chicken, and has cut out all carbs and fried foods—swapping them for raw vegetables.
According to the magazine, she also "tries to ban anyone from eating junk food around her so that she's not tempted."
Diet: Cutting Out Dairy
One major factor which Jenner has attributed to her weight loss in the past is cutting dairy out of her diet. Speaking to E!, the 23-year-old confessed that she developed lactose intolerance in her late teens.
"I didn't realise I was lactose intolerant," she said. "And I love like, cheese and everything so I'm so mad….I was like, while I'm young, I might as well. I didn't care about a diet or anything. But now, this last month, I've been working on it just for health reasons only."
Diet: She Doesn't Drink Alcohol
In addition to cutting dairy and coconut oil out of her diet, Kylie also shies away from drinking alcohol. And according to sister, Khloé, she was never a huge fan of it. "Kendall and Kylie are not into it," she told ELLE US.
Exercise: Upping Her Workouts
In contrast to her exercise-crazed siblings, we have rarely seen Jenner break a sweat. But since giving birth to daughter Stormi back in February, the new mother has upped her physical activity in a big way.
According to E!, Jenner has gained a totally new perspective about exercise since giving birth: "Kylie has never been a fan of working out in the past, but has recently started a new routine and has been trying to be very consistent."
Exercise: Upping Her Workouts
An insider recently told People that Jenner was in a hurry to distance herself from her postpartum body.
"Kylie is already starting to work out," they said. "She's focusing on getting her body back and also getting back to a comfortable weight aside from caring for Stormi." According to the insider, Jenner "wasn't the most comfortable while pregnant."
Exercise: Upping Her Workouts
In her plight to shift her baby weight, it seems the youngest Jenner has taken a page out of sister Khloé's book, swapping minimal physical activity for high intensity workouts.
A source told E! 23-year-old likes to do a "lot of HIIT (high intensity interval) training and needs to be constantly switching up the moves."According to Life & Style, Jenner workouts also consist of "a lot of weights, cardio, running, squats and push-ups."
Exercise: Turning Her Workouts Into A Family Activity
While she has been training hard on her own, Jenner loves joining her sisters for a family sweat session.
According to E!, Jenner often turns her workouts into a "really fun family event in the mornings."
Lifestyle: She Wears A Waist Trainer
While wearing a waist trainer is as inherent to the Kardashian name as having a big backside, Jenner has been using it frequently to help her bounce back post-birth. "Waistgang has the BEST quality snapback products," she wrote on an Instagram post.
Although it does seem to have whittled her waist, Jenner has copped a tonne of backlash for wearing a waist trainer as a new mother—not to mention that they have the potential to be extremely damaging to a woman's body.
