In a new interview with Women's Wear Daily, Kylie and her momager Kris Jenner explained how they achieved this HUGE success since its launch in November 2015.
They started out with a limited test run of 15,000, then increased to 500,000 of the six OG shades three months later.
Now they're churning out 300,000 units of each individual shade.
In 2017 alone, Kylie Cosmetics is already on track to see a 25 percent increase in sales — which they can thank the launch of her birthday collection (which sold $10 million in the first day).
If the company continues to grow at this rapid pace, the company will be worth ONE BILLION dollars by Kylie's 25th birthday.
To put that into perspective, it took makeup brand Bobbi Brown 25 years to reach one billion, and Lancôme only reached that huge number in 2015 after 80 years.
The power of social media, amiright?
“What I’ve been into is creating collections; that’s kinda my thing," Kyliz told WWD.
"I like getting in different moods. In the beginning, I thought my brand had to be consistent and everything look the same and that was stressing me out. And that’s really not my personality. I like to have blue hair one day and blonde the next…and collections are where I kind of get to express myself. I change everything…I love to switch it up and come out with new products."
It's a huge success, and she doesn't intend on selling anytime soon.
"i want to keep building it and just show people what I can do on my own," she revealed.
