The unhappy customer shared her horrific story on Reddit and makeup lovers are losing it.
"I've reached out three times to Kylie Cosmetics with this issue," she writes.
"I received this package on August 21st and noticed a bunch of ants inside and outside the package with weird food particles inside. I emailed them with the videos that same day and they claimed (on August 22nd) they would send a new package between 7-10 days it has now been 20 days since I received any sort of response from the company. I have received nothing and reached out again through email and did not get any response. My third time reaching out is now through social media trying to get the attention of the company and share my story with reluctant customers. Astonished by their awful customer service."
After writing her unhappy post, the customer service peeps at Kylie Cosmetics FINALLY reached out to her.
