"Scott came in and the guy was basically saying that in a past life ... that we were together and that we're soulmates," Kourtney revealed to her sisters.
While the mum-of-three seemed unphased by the revelation, Kim and Khloe had a very different reaction.
"What?" Khloe screamed, as Kim's jaw dropped.
Kourtney went on to say the man told her, "You have to decide if you want to be together or not be together".
In a piece to camera, Khloe said she was shocked that Kourtney's reading was so intimate considering hers lacked emotion.
"I'm surprised from Kourtney's recap because Kim and I literally got nothing emotionally from our reading," the mum to one-year-old True Thompson said. "He lifted up my pants, took a straw and sucked out stuff from my knee and spat it into a bowl," Khloe said.
Although Kourtney and Scott called it quits over four years ago after enduring some very traumatic moments throughout their relationship, the pair have stayed close friends and focus on co-parenting their three children, Mason, 9, Penelope, 6, and Reign, 4. Earlier this year, Kourtney told the TODAY show that she hopes she can show others that getting along with your ex-partner is possible.
"I feel like I can show a message, too, of like parents can get along and work together and travel together," she explained. "And I think it's a good message to show other people. I am not doing it for that reason but I think the positive things that we are doing is nice too."
