The episode follows their trip to Japan, where Kim brings Khloe and Kourtney to help shoot a campaign for Kanye's Yeezy Season Seven collection.
Everything started going downhill when Kim was having near-panic attacks over Kourtney and Khloe's outfit choices:
Kim called their outfits "crazy" and said she couldn't enjoy her meal because she was "so disgusted" by their choices.
"My sisters look so crazy, like it's actually embarrassing. Kourtney with Japanese-inspired outfits and Khloé's wearing silver sequins, turquoise eyeshadow, huge chandelier earrings. They’re just like completely clashing and making my outfit look really bad and they’re ruining everything. I couldn't even eat dinner because I was so disgusted."
The next day, Kim decided to sit her sisters down and help them with their style. She started with some helpful advice of, "you look like f*cking clowns".
"This is not like a tourist thing where it's Halloween, dress up like a f*cking Japanese geisha. Unless we're at a geisha house."
But nothing seemed to help the situation, with Kim then calling Kourtney a "f*cking grandma" before adding that she was "nothing special or innovative".
This is when Kourtney finally snapped, focusing her attention on Kim's style, which she explained as, "you look like you just won the Tour de France, cycling around town."
"Your f*cking outfits suck. You're wearing a puffy vest, you have pink hair and turquoise shoes. I didn't come here to wear leggings that are see-through and show my ass. Do you know how easy it is to be a bitch? It takes a lot more courage to show your feelings and not sit here and be a bitch."
During the show, the sisters took to Twitter to defend themselves. Khloe called out Kim for wearing the same sequin dress on James Corden.
But Kim quickly defended herself.
