The latest episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians was filled with drama... though there was no highly-anticipated pregnancy reveal from Kylie Jenner. However, her older sister Khloé Kardashian did announce her pregnancy to family and friends in the episode, which was filmed in 2017 before Khloé had also confirmed the news to the entire world via Instagram.
One scene that has divided fans took place pre-announcement, with Khloé and Kourtney sitting in the kitchen discussing food.
After questioning her sister's current diet, Kourtney said bluntly: "Where does it all go wrong? What are you eating?" to which Khloé responded, "So you think I'm fat?"
"No, I think you've gained a few pounds," replied Kourtney.
"I know I'm bigger, what do you want me to do?" finished Khloé.
While the savage banter between the pair is not out of character, some fans did express disappointment in Kourtney for being so blunt and judgemental, regardless of being unaware of the pregnancy. Especially in light of Khloé's recent admission that the famous family told her to lose weight because she was "hurting the brand."
"Sooo mean," wrote one fan. "Let her eat in peace."
"Even if she wasn't pregnant it was pretty rude," said another.
"Leave Khloe alone! She’s beautiful!" wrote another. "I thought that was so rude,"
However, plenty of fans found humour in the exchange and took to Kourtney's Instagram post to tag their own sisters.
"Talk between sisters🙈😂" wrote one.
"This will be you before I announce I’m pregnant," said another.
