“KJ … have you seen my phone?” Mark trolls KJ, while he pulling up his shirt and looking down at his own body.

“I haven’t seen it,” KJ replies, giving fans everywhere a special treat.

Celebrity trainer Alex Fine told PEOPLE in January that the actors, including Mark, KJ, Cole and more are put through two workouts a day.
“Their cardio is usually sprinting on the treadmill and the afternoon is mostly body weight workouts,” he said. “Pull-ups, push-ups and about 10 to 15 minutes of abs every day.”
When a cast member has a shirtless scene coming up, they make the workouts three times a day.
Yikes.
