Last week fans watched as the family discovered that Tristan was being unfaithful, which sent Khloe into early labour.
Now, we're finally getting a glimpse into the delivery room where Kim and Kourtney show the coldest shoulder to Tristan, who has never looked more uncomfortable.
"Are you going to say hi to each other or no?" Khloe says to Tristan and Kim. Keeping the peace for Khloe, Tristan and Kim share a hug.
However, behind Tristan's back Kim makes faces toward him and threatens to cut his neck. Lol.
"The vibe in the room is calm," Kim says to the camera. "I thought there would be way more tension. As much as I want to go off, I just don’t think it’s the time so I’m going to keep it cute.
"I don’t have to have a lot of interaction, I just need to be there for her."
