So when she released her three new frangrances, it was no surprise people went bats**t crazy for them.
Named Kimoji Peach, Kimoji Cherry and Kimoji Vibes (based on her Kimojis if you hadn't figured that out by now) the packaging is cute AF.
And when they went on sale, Kim raked in a whopping $5 MILLION in five minutes.
Let that just sink in for a second.
She made ONE MILLION DOLLARS PER MINUTE!
Yep, pretty damn impressive.
But it looks like Kim might have to fork over a large chunk of the cash as KKW Frangrance is now being sued by a mobile marketing company for ripping off their 'vibes' logo.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Vibes Media claims they trademarked the logo in 2012.
The lawsuit alleges that Kim“the ‘Vibes’ perfume comes in a bottle that is a close facsimile of the Registered Vibes Logo.
"There is a strong likelihood that consumers will be confused into believing that Defendant’s Vibes perfume is Plaintiff’s product or that it is authorized, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Plaintiff."
The company also ordered KKW Fragrance to turn over all unsold perfumes so they can be destroyed. Eek!
While there's been no official statement from Kim or the Kardashian clan yet, we have a feeling this is like a drop in the ocean for them.
