Taking to the stage to announce the winner for the most outstanding reality TV series, the room erupted in laughter when the KKW Beauty founder and her model sister suggested their popular reality show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians, was 100 percent authentic and, ahem, real.
“Our family knows first-hand how truly compelling television comes from real people just being themselves," Kim said as laughter began to fill the auditorium and Kendall's eyes wandered.
"Telling their stories, unfiltered and unscripted," Kendall said as the room erupted, with the giggles continuing well after the pair walked off the stage.
"Here are the nominees for Outstanding Competition Series," Kim concluded.

Although they refused to let the obvious jabs get to them and continued to present straight-faced, Twitter erupted with some of the most hilarious memes we've ever seen!
"The crowd's reaction to Kim Kardashian saying reality shows were just "real people living their lives unscripted" could not have been more perfect. #unscriptedlaughter#emmys," one user Tweeted.
"How about the whole audience just cackling at the idea of the Kardashians being real... even Kim knew it was funny #Emmys," another added.
A third clocked the awkward moment, writing: "Eeeek. There was a very loud laugh from the audience when Kim Kardashian was presenting. Laughing at her; not with her. It was uncomfortable (and, in my opinion, uncalled for) in the room. #Emmys."
The world's youngest billionaire, Kylie Jenner, was set to present with her sisters however pulled out hours before the ceremony began. Reports have since surfaced claiming she was sick.
"Kim made me come to her house and help her pick a name," the 23-year-old explained at the time. "And it was this whole thing. She would not let me leave the house until we figured out a name and then ended up going with a name that I didn't even — like, that I didn't care for as much. I think they were all really beautiful, but I was kind of rooting for another name."
Naturally, the interview struck a nerve with the mum-of-four, later revealing what she really thought of her sister's subtle diss.
"So I saw this interview that Kendall did on Fallon, and I was like, 'Excuse me! First of all, say it to me first; don’t say it on TV," the mum-of-four began. "No, but I, there’s like a grace period of when you have to name your child before you have to go into the government offices and do the paperwork. Ten days, you got 10 days before you have to name your child or they are named John Doe.

The makeup mogul continued: "We had like an hour. I woke up in the morning and Kanye was really busy working, but I knew our list. So I called my sisters and Kendall was available, so I said 'Come over now, you're not leaving the house until we've got the name.'"
Her theory is not that Kendall didn't like the name but that she's salty Kim didn't go with her suggestion.
"Kylie and I were vibing on the same name," Kim said. "I have this big hallway and we were screaming out every name, like: 'Psalm! Get over here!' Kylie and I were vibing on the name, but I think Kendall was more mad that her choice wasn't first, and that's why she was hating on Fallon."
