The soon-to-be mother was photographed leaving the studio where the Kardashian fam films their confessionals for the show (the parts where they give the behind-the-scenes deets of what's going on) and although she tried to hide her bump, it didn't quite work as well as she had hoped!
TMZ reports that Khloè is just over five months pregnant which means she's basically reached the stage where it's impossible for her to hide the bump.
Another hint was given last month when she stepped out wearing a long purple velvet coat that made it V. obvious that she was hiding ~something~.
Friends of Koko recently told Radar Online that she's sah happy about her pregnancy but she's not ready to show off her bump just yet.
"All Khloe's ever wanted was to get married and start a family," says the insider.
