In case you missed it, there is a huge theory going around that Taylor Swift is being incredibly vindictive against Kanye West, by releasing her new album Reputation on November 10th, the anniversary of his late mother's death.
After the shocking bath tub scene in her music video, and people thinking it was a direct hit at Kim Kardashian's Paris robbery, some people believed Taylor was taking it too far.
BUT, a publicist at Swift’s label told People, “It is standard practice that releases come out on Fridays and we locked in this release date based on other Universal Music Group releases. There is no correlation.”
But, some Kanye fans are still suspicious.
So much so, that they decided to reclaim November 10th as "Hey Mama" day.
The idea came from a fan on Reddit, where user JoshuaLinker called upon fellow fans to repeatedly stream Kanye's "Hey Mama" on November 10, hoping to "outstream" Taylor on Spotify.
In addition to the Reddit post, fans have created a Facebook event for "Hey Mama" day. At the time, it had over 3,000 people RSVP 'yes,' and over 800 more are 'interested' in attending.
