Scooter reportedly 'liked' an 'unliked' a tweet about Selena which was in pretty bad taste.
The tweet was retweeting somebody that announced Justin's old album 'Purpose' has re-entered the Billboard 200 charts this week after the release of his new single "Yummy." They added: "the fact that a certain fandom has been clowning us bc we’re 'flopping' yet his last album is STILL selling, but their fav has an album coming out and her previous discography is nowhere to be found. i’ve been telling yall, he has nothing to prove anymore."
What they're talking about is the fact that Selena's fandom and Justin's fandom have been pitting them against one another, over the fact that they're both about to drop new albums.
People weren't happy with Scooter's involvement.
"scooter braun is whole ass grown man liking shady tweets hating on the girl his client emotionally abused and teared apart. this ain’t just a coincidence. this man is evil. taylor swift said it, selena gomez said it. he is over," one fan wrote on Twitter.
"scooter braun liked a selena hate tweet, but wasn't he the one that said he has nothing but love for her @scooterbraun stop acting like a child and liking these shady tweets, that won't stop yucky from flopping," wrote another.
Some fans even reminded everyone that Scooter 'bullied' Taylor Swift, Selena's bestie, throughout 2019 over her own music rights.
"again, to recap, scooter braun: - bullied taylor swift - bullied selena gomez - forced ariana to tour & release certain songs she didn't feel comfortable releasing - abandoned tori kelly, madison beer & carly rae jepsen - is funding genocide with the money from taylor's masters
Selena Gomez will release her new album Rare on January 10.
