Tobias Cannon is suing Justin, after they got into a fight in Cleveland, after Game 3 of the 2016 NBA Finals.
The man alleges in a lawsuit obtained by TMZ that Justin and his crew left the man with a concussion that had him hospitalised at the time.
The man claims he “suffered injuries to his head, neck and back” and lost consciousness during the fight. He says he tried to walk away, but Justin allegedly grabbed him by the shirt “then struck [him] with his fist…more than one time.”
When Tobias then tried to “subdue” Justin, he was allegedly “struck in the back of the head” by a bodyguard.
Yikes.
He also claims that Justin used “racial epithets” as he was attacking him.
“[Justin’s] threatening communications made in public in front of a number of people included the use of racial epithets,” the docs have reported.
Sources have told The Blast that the racial slur used by Justin was the N-word.
