For years the couple kept everyone in the dark, leaving fans constantly questioning are they or aren't they? After recently rekindling their romance, Justin decided to pull out all stops and put a ring on it after just one month of dating.
In preparation for what will be one of Hollywood's most highly anticipated weddings, we've gathered everything that we know so far about Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin's big day.
The 24-year-old Friends singer proposed to his model girlfriend while on vacation in the Bahamas, leading us to believe that a destination wedding could be in sights for these two. A source has revealed to US Weekly that the pair could exchange vows in Canada considering it’s Bieber’s hometown. “They want something private, intimate. Justin loves Canada and is at home there. It’s a special place for him and he’d love to get married there."
Guess we will just have to wait and see.
A significant aspect of Bieber and Baldwin's upcoming ceremony will include their faith. The Biebs and his wife-to-be are Christians and are both regular attendees of Hillsong Church in New York City. Lead pastors Carl Lentz and Judah Smith are close friends with the pop star and even baptised him in Tyson Chandler's bathtub almost 5 years ago. Lentz spoke with Oprah Winfrey about Bieber’s baptism saying “It was probably one of the most special things I’ve been a part of”.
The newly engaged couple are yet to announce a date however given their recent speed, our guess is that we can expect a wedding in the very near future.
The Guest List
Since Justin and Hailey are the definition of Hollywood royalty it’s safe to assume that we will be seeing some famous faces at their wedding. Maybe Kendall Jenner or Jayden Smith? Oh, and don’t forget Scooter Braun.
It has been confirmed that Hailey has already chosen her bridesmaids in which her bridal party will consist of family. In an interview with US Weekly Hailey's aunty and 50 Shades Darker actress Kim Basinger, opened up about her niece's upcoming nuptials.
"[Hailey’s sister] Alaia [Baldwin] and [cousin] Ireland, they’re in the wedding. So believe me, I just — it’s cool! I think it’s sweet. It’s a very sweet thing. Happiness … We’re living in some really dire times right now," she said.
We can't wait.
