HOWEVER... Jeffree just went and trademarked the phrase "so pigmented" on August 3, meaning he has legal dibs on the phrase for the use of merchandise.
This may give Jeffree the power to remove any merchandise of Manny's which features the phrase - which is a significant amount. We can only imagine how much money Manny could lose from this.
