Let's be real. The last place James Charles probably wants to be right now is Australia. It's damn far from home, and being that far away when your life is basically falling apart can be frustrating.
BUT, he had a commitment here to attend the opening of his Sisters Apparel Store at the Pacific Fair on the Gold Coast Mall.
As expected, it all went pretty haywire.
Being two hours late after what he's just been exposed for? Add that nail to your career coffin!
While fans waited impatiently, James was busy filming his 'tati' video, addressing the epic feud between him and former mentor Tati Westbrook.
James was due at the mall at 10 am, but he did not arrive until close to 12 pm.
Many fans waited in the sun for two hours, with many deciding to leave at 11, as he still hadn't arrived.
When he finally showed up, he only spoke for about 7 mins, first apologising for being late. "Thank you guys all for coming," he said. "Thank you for waiting as well. I'm sorry for being a little late. I had lots of personal stuff this morning."

Australian YouTube channel Exploration Date attended the event, posting the entire thing on their Instagram stories.
"We were expecting mobs and crowds of people, but it wasn't actually that crazy," Dan from Exploration Date said.
"Considering on his Instagram post he was saying last year they closed down the mall because it was that busy and he wants to do it again this year. Well, it just didn't happen."
They went into a little more detail, saying, "we saw a few people leave, we saw parents getting really pissed off," said Chloe from their Exploration date video.
Twitter went off after hearing the news.
