The 26-year-old had fans literally lining up for days waiting for his live appearance on the Today show in New York City... so he decided to give back.

A fan who had been camping out all weekend named Mary was SO excited that she was apparently crying. Host Carson Daly later approached her when Harry arrived and offered her VIP tickets to Harry's tour.

She was so excited that she fell to the ground.

“Breathe,” Carson says before she screamed out in the microphone “I love you, I love you Harry!”
