Hailey trademarked the name Hailey Bieber for a potential clothing line, according to documents obtained by the site.
It's a surprising move since not all celebrities take on their spouse's last name! Especially if they have a very famous last name like Baldwin!
But it totally suits her.
Hailey and Justin got married in a courthouse last month, and while they will still hold a huge ceremony, it's now been revealed that the courthouse marriage was Hailey's idea.
“The city hall marriage was her idea,” a source told People.
“It was ‘you and me against the world’… Let’s show [everyone] we’re serious and it’s not just some crazy fling.”
“Hailey is a very bright girl. She’s not just blindly adoring Justin and doing whatever he wants,” said the source. “She’s wanted to be with Justin for a very long time.”
