First, Gigi and Bella Hadid's father Mohamed narrowly escaped jail time over real estate dramas.
Then Gigi became banned from China due to her racist photo scandal.
And now a social media post has landed her in even more hot water with the law.
The model is being sued by photographer Peter Cepeda for allegedly ripping off a photo he took of her and posting it on her Insta without his permission, Page Six reports.
Legal documents claim that the photo in question shows Gigi standing on the corner of Prince and Mercer streets wearing a customised jacket that reads 'hadidas', according to the lawsuit filed in Virginia.
The pic was licensed out to a few media outlets but Hadid did not have the rights to the photo when she shared it to her social media.
"Work flow #hadid", she captioned the controversial pic back in 2016 which is still live on her Instagram page.
The angry photog claims that Gigi did not credit him for taking the image and is seeking compensation in court.
Yikes, this is pretty damn serious!
