We've already seen the classic Beauty & The Beast be re-made into a live-action, and others like Aladdin, Mulan and The Lion King all on their way.
HOWEVER, fans are now demanding a live-action remake of Tangled, after seeing a photo of Amanda Seyfried and Cher together at the Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again premiere.
Yeah, they're basically the IRL version of Mother Gothel and Rapunzel.
The craziest part? Gothel’s Disney Wikia page lists Cher as one of the character’s main inspirations. Byron Howard, the co-director of Tangled, told Cover Media back in 2011 that "Cher… was one of the people we looked at visually as far as what gives you a striking character."
Yeah... this was meant to be we think.
