So fans have been posting vids of Bey at her On The Run Tour II concert, and look, her body looks noticeably different to her usual figure.

The first could potentially just be a bad angle, but the second does show a bit of a bump that looks like it's trying to be hidden with her tassled jacket.
So yeah, maybs a distorted angle on the big screen.

SURELY this means baby number four.
The Carters also LOVE the number four, so it would make total sense for them to have a fourth child to join Blue Ivy, Rumi and Sir Carter.
