The look comes from his new Netflix show Down to Earth with Zac Efron, a documentary series that explores “healthy, sustainable ways to live” around the world.
Before you start watching with the hope of educating yourself and enjoying how Efron is aging like fine wine from his Disney days, maybe slightly lower your expectations. The show, unfortunately, doesn’t really spend a lot of time exploring actually accessible sustainable lifestyle options for the average person. We see a lot of Efron traipsing around the world, looking at waterfalls and saying, ‘wow’ at insights from a few sustainability experts but uh… not a lot more than that. 😬
