When we found out that Johnny Depp was set to play the Gellert Grindlewald in Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, we respectively DIED!
But the main question everyone’s been waiting on an answer for it, WHO is going to play the young Dumbledore?
Well, ladies and gentlemen… prepare to absolutely lose ittttt because Variety reports it’s going to be none other than Jude Law and BRB, fainting.
Jude will play Dumbles way before the he becomes the headmaster at Hogwarts and Harry’s BFF. Dumbledore will actually be playing the transfiguration professor in “Fantastic Beasts 2.”
And even though Jude is playing a young Dumbledore, we couldn’t help ourselves…
Apparently, the studio has been considering every hawt British actor like Christian Bale and Benedict Cumberbatch!
“Jude Law is a phenomenally talented actor whose work I have long admired, and I’m looking forward to finally having the opportunity to work with him,” said director, David Yates. “I know he will brilliantly capture all the unexpected facets of Albus Dumbledore as J.K. Rowling reveals this very different time in his life.”
