After all her ups and downs this week, store manager Elizabeth may have reached the end of her tether and fled the show.
“I have no idea where Elizabeth is,” Sam says as he gets suited and booted for tonight’s dinner party. “She’s the one who wanted to stay when I wanted to leave and now she’s just left. I’ve got no idea where she’s gone,” he says without irony. It doesn’t feel good, even when you’re not into someone, does it Sam?
The tradie surmises that Lizzie must have felt awkward about making the moves on him last night, which he rejected and that she’s done a runner due to her embarrassment at getting turned down.

And it doesn’t go unnoticed at the dinner party as everyone asks where Elizabeth is and Sam doesn’t have an answer for them – or seem to care.
“What in the hell is going on? That’s weird,” asks Heidi when he shows up alone.
“Where’s your wife,” Jessika asks. “Where’s Liz,” Cyrell shouts. Boy they do not let him get way with anything! “That’s what I was going to ask you guys, I don’t know,” he says, which brings a smile to Ines’s face. “I haven’t seen her.”
“What do you mean,” Heidi asks, “you guys, do you have phones?” Sam claims it’s because he was at the doctors all day so “no phones”. I can tell you at my doctors surgery you can’t get anyone to look you in the eye as they’re all intently on their phones!
The other couples don’t buy his excuses and continue to grill him. “She just left,” he finally says. “We’ve been trying but obviously the feeling aren’t there so it’s really hard,” he says as well as any actor delivering a line.
Despite the fact that his wife is missing, his bros are happy to be spending time with him again feeling that he has the rough end of the stick in this relationship.
“Let’s cut the sh*t,” Mike says “Do like this girl at all?”
“I’m ticking all her boxes and she’s ticking none of mine,” he says confidently. “I’m getting nothing out of this experiment,” he pleads – well except fame, exposure and to play footsies with Ines! No wonder Lizzie is out of there.
