Deacon Phillippe, or Deacon as he goes by, may be the son of Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe, but he’s so much more than just a celeb offspring.

At 17, the rising music producer has already been making a name for himself in the world of music production, having worked with artists like Nina Nesbitt, Loren Gray, and Kygo.

Who is Deacon Phillippe?
Deacon is the son of actress Reese Witherspoon, who starred in hit films including Legally Blonde and Walk The Line and actor Ryan Phillippe, who appeared in blockbusters including I Know What You Did Last Summer and Cruel Intentions.
The 17-year-old is also a music producer, where he has released two tracks, “Long Run” and “Love For the Summer”, which featured Loren Gray.
“It’s always a good feeling when you’re getting recognition for stuff that you do, especially on a creative level,” Deacon told Billboard at the time.
In another interview with Interview Magazine Deacon said that despite coming from celeb royalty, he prefers to remain behind the scenes.
“I realised there’s more to making music than just being a vocalist, and that a lot of times it’s the production that makes me feel something,” he told the publication.
So, while we can’t expect Deacon to sing on his next track, the talented producer will keep releasing music.
How old is Deacon?
Deacon just celebrated his 17th birthday on October 24, 2020, so he will be turning 18 later this year.
Does he have a girlfriend?
In April last year, Deacon made it Instagram official with his girlfriend Marine Degryse, when he posted a series of photos with her to wish her happy birthday.
“Happy birthday to the most amazing girl I know. I love you more every day,” Deacon captioned a series of photos with Marine.
Now, a year later, the couple are still together, with Deacon once again posting to wish her happy birthday, writing: “Happy Birthday to my girl!! Love u more than anything.”
Who is his family?
As mentioned, Deacon comes quite the famous family, and is always featured on his mum’s Instagram.
“Not enough words to say how much I love this guy. The way he looks at the world inspires me everyday @deaconphillippe,” Reese shared on her Insta.
His dad Ryan is also an actor, and Deacon’s older sister, Ava, has a modelling career on the rise, where she starred in the lookbook for Rodarte’s Fall 2018 collection alongside Chloe and Halle Bailey.
Deacon also has a paternal half-sister, Kai Knapp and a maternal half-brother, Tennessee Toth.

Yes he does. In fact, he currently has over 350k followers, is always posting of him behind a keyboard, doing what he does best, which is make music.
