It’s only when you see the behind the scenes process of Game Of Thrones without CGI that you realise how good the actors are.
Emilia Clarke, who plays Daenerys Targaryen, has a particularly tough job because most of the time she’s flanked by her enormous dragons.
One of the most epic scenes of the series so far was when Dany flew on the back of one of her dragons for the first time.
While it looks awesome with the CGI involved, it looks downright silly without the special effects. Check it out in this behind the scenes video:
