Just when you thought the James Charles drama has finally met its demise, a new ‘truth’ has just made its way onto the realms of YouTube and it has changed the game COMPLETELY.
The waiter from Seattle, Sam Cooke, who had previously spoken out against the make-up mogul amidst the Tati and James feud just admitted to using the James Charles scandal as a ‘big opportunity’ to ‘gain followers’.

In a new video titled ‘I’m sorry James’, Sam reveals he was ‘under a lot of pressure’ from his family and friends to publicise his experience with the YouTube star in order to gain followers.
“As soon as Tati’s video released where she talked about me as the waiter, I saw it as a perfect opportunity to use… to ride the wave of the height and the clout that was going around this situation”
In his video, the waiter recounts his version of what happened with the make-up artist and admits to willingly meeting with the 20-year-old as he was bi-curious at the time.

The Seattle boy says he realised he was ‘not bisexual’ within the first few hours of their encounter, however, he continued to mingle with James claiming he was too ‘shy’ and that it was ‘hard’ to turn the beauty guru down due to his celebrity status.
“I didn’t want to piss him off so I pretended that I was enjoying it” he said in the video.
“The next day he messaged me and we continued to talk, at that point I already knew that I was completely straight”.
Sam claims his friends and family had pressured him to continue leading the beauty guru on for clout.
“I just kinda let it happen – I didn’t want to let this opportunity go because everyone was telling me this is a big opportunity, just pretend to be gay” he confessed.
When YouTuber Tati Westbrook came out with her ‘bye sister’ video slamming James for allegedly ‘manipulating straight men’, Sam had shared his story in a video called ‘the kid from Seattle’ which further pressed the allegations causing James’ career to plummet.
“In all honesty we made the video and painted James Charles in a light that wasn’t right” Sam said.
“We villianised him for our own good and that is wrong and I am acknowledging that publicly now’ he continued.
The Seattle waiter ended his video apologising to the YouTube star in hope that his video will ‘clear up loose ends’.
“I want to publicly and officially apologise to James Charles for the video” he said.
Following the insane drama within the beauty community and over a month long detox from social media, James Charles has finally made a comeback with a new video!
