Freeform has made the decision to officially pick up the anticipated Pretty Little Liars spin-off The Perfectionists!
Now that the first trailer is here, we can see why!
We were already aware that PLL originals Sasha Pieterse and Janel Parrish would be reprising their old characters ofAlison and Mona… but fans will be happy to hear that the trailer shows a lot more people to be excited about.
Aside from Alison and Mona reuniting, we see Sofia Carson, Kelly Rutherford, Sydney Park, Hayley Erin and Eli Brown!!!
The Perfectionists is “set in the town of Beacon Heights, a seemingly perfect town where a group of three college friends struggles with the stress of being overachievers. In the aftermath of the town’s first murder, each Perfectionist hides behind a secret, a lie and an alibi.”
Just what we need in our lives!

In the trailer, we see Alison on her way to Oregon for a new job and tells her driver she “doesn’t know a soul” there. It all quickly changes when Mona shows up with a pie and a freaking huge knife.
Classic PLL.
At the end, we see Alison walking through crime scene with police tape.
What we can assume is that Alison and Mona will be involved in the murder mystery that occurs in Beacon Heights.
Now we only have to wait until 2019!
