We don’t mean to alarm you (we do), but the president of The CW network Mark Pedowitz has basically confirmed a Gossip Girl reboot, while at the Television Critics Assoc. winter press tour.
“There’s a discussion, but I don’t know if we’re there yet,” he told reporters when asked about the possibility of bringing back the iconic show.
“I don’t know what it would be. A lot is up to Warner Bros. and [exec producers] Josh [Schwartz] and Stephanie [Savage], ’cause you don’t want to do anything without them.”
Basically, we need it to happen.
So make it happen.
