When Taylor Swift dropped her new song “Gorgeous”, Swifties were baffled as to why there’s a child voice at the beginning of the song.
And while we still can’t tell you why she chose to include the random vocals, we can tell you who they belong to!
It’s none other than James Reynolds, the daughter of Tay’s friends Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds.
How do we know this *top secret* info?
Well!
Last Thursday, the 27-year-old singer reblogged a Tumblr post that read, “The little kid saying ‘Gorgeous’ at the beginning I think is my favourite part though Taylor…I mean IT’S JUST SO CUTE! Who is that????”
Taylor responded with: “300 people know,” an obvious nod to the listening parties in London and Rhode Island where a few lucky fans got to listen to Reputation ahead of its release.
Rule #1 in how to make a song cuter: add the vocals of Serena van Der Wooden’s daughter.
Duh!
