We were V excited after learning that our girl Taylor Swift had found herself a new man and even more excited when we found out that he’s an actor.
But after hearing his name (it’s Joe Alwyn, btw), we we were all like:
While the blonde Brit had a few flicks and productions under his belt, he hadn’t quite cracked Hollywood which is why none of us had heard of him.
But it looks like Tay’s man is about to become a household name (for more than just dating T-Swizzle, that is).
The 26-year-old has been cast in upcoming movie Boy Erased alongside legendary Aussie actors Russell Crowe and Nicole Kidman which is set to be released next year.
He has also been cast in World War II flick Operation Finale, starring alongside Oscar Isaac and Ben Kingsley.
And let’s not forget he just finished filming a movie with Emma Stone, The Favourite and he’s currently working on Mary Queen of Scots where Margot Robbie stars as the red-headed queen (check out her epic transformation here).
With all these high-profile flicks coming out over the next year, Joe is sure to get his big break V soon!
