Strap in kids, we have our next Bachelor!
WATCH: Locky says he’d consider being the next Bachelor
After the epic fail that was Matt Agnew, the Network has announced that 2017 ‘Survivor’ and ‘2020 Survivor All-Stars’ star Lachlan ‘Locky’ Gilbert, a HUGE fan favourite.

Locky is the 13th All-Star who was voted off the show, wasting no time to join another reality contest.
“As big as I am, I am like a big teddy bear and I fall in love pretty quick… This is an amazing opportunity to hopefully find someone special at the end,” the star from Perth told The Daily Telegraph.
“I’m pretty content with my life at the moment. I go on crazy adventures, but I’m doing it all by myself. I’ve got best friends but I want to find that one best friend that I can spend the rest of my life with. This is an amazing opportunity to hopefully find someone special at the end.”

The 30-year-old tour guide wants a “driven” and “outdoorsy” woman with “a wicked sense of humour”.
Interestingly, the star has only just announced his split from fellow Survivor co-star Brooke Jowett.

While they had amazing chemistry in the jungle, it was hard to maintain a relationship due to distance, with Brooke living between western Australia and Bali.
“His work means he’d want me to go to him, but I won’t leave my family and my dog,” Brooke told TV Week.
“I’m also really focused on my career. It’s a lot more difficult in the real world than it was out there.”
In February this year, Locky actually hinted that he would be the next Bachelor, after taking part in a parody Bachelor in the jungle, which caught the attention of Osher Gunsberg himself.

We can’t wait! Anything will be better than our last two Bachelor experiences.
