Snapchat have just released a game-changing new effect to their photo-sharing platform… 3D PHOTOS!
The new 3D Camera Mode will add depth to your Snaps that you didn’t even know you NEEDED!

The new feature captures spatial detail and a change in perspective. When you move your phone around, the appearance of the image will also move!
“These new Snaps look different, act different, and feel different.”
In a blog post on Snapchat’s website, they describe how innovative this new feature is “bringing your world and experience to life in a way that’s a step closer to the real thing.”
The new feature will work on the iPhone X and above.
So how do you get it working?
When you’re on the Front/Selfie camera, select 3D Mode from the drop-down menu and take a Snap as you normally would.
In Preview you can rotate and wiggle your handset to bring your Snap to life, and so can the people you send it to.
After taking a selfie in 3D Camera Mode, Snapchatters can swipe right to add filters and lenses!
