Bachelor in Paradise star Sam Cochrane has revealed he is ready for fatherhood following the birth of nephew.

Taking to Instagram, the reality TV star shared a shot of himself holding the adorable baby with the caption: “I’m kind of ready for this.”

“Uncle Sam would normally be ready to hand this little dude back at this age after a few moments,” Sam wrote.

“But I could have held him all night.”

Sam split with ex-fiancee Tara Pavlovic in June.
