As we already know, after the success of Riverdale, the Archie Comic universe is looking to expanding their stories on television… and are bringing back Sabrina The Teenage Witch.
Set to be much darker than the 1996 version, Riverdale showrunner Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa is going to take control of it.
In fact, he has now posted the first look at the show, letting fans see the very first script.
“Perfect project for October as the #Riverdale family expands… And 9 days to premiere night…” Roberto wrote on his Twitter.
As Refinery29 pointed out in their article, the script features Sabrina and her boyfriend Harvey talking.
Sabrina shows him the exact spot in the woods where she will be “reborn” following a supernatural ritual.
SO HERE FOR THIS!
We’re also pretty certain that our first official look at Sabrina will be some sort of cameo in Riverdale.
Whether that happens in season 2… well we only have a few more days to wait and see!
