Yes, there is a live-action Pokémon movie coming, Detective Pikachu, and we are so excited.
And according to The Hollywood Reporter, Ryan Reynolds has signed on to star in it, as Pikachu.
It’s no Deadpool, but we can really somehow see Ryan nailing this role.
Hopefully the movie is more successful than Pokémon Go turned out to be!
The live-action movie will feature real people and CGI, so we’re getting major Space Jam vibes, and we’re here for that.
