Riverdale has taken a short break over the holidays, and we’ve been waiting on the edge of our seats for it to start up again.
Now that the show returns this week, they’ve released an extended trailer of what’s to come, and holy moly it looks dramatic.
With Southside High officially closed down, their students have to merge with Riverdale High, and you can already imagine the type of stuff that is going to go down when they’re all together in the same hallways.
As for Archie, he finds himself a new enemy in his girlfriend’s father, Hiram Lodge.
You see Hiram constantly threatening Archie, and there’s even a scene where they WRESTLE each other.
R.I.P Archekins.
We’re also going to finally be introduced to Betty Cooper’s brother, Chic Cooper. Alice tells Betty that she wants to see him, and finally, our newest character is introduced into the scene.
And if you thought you saw the last of that dirtbag Nick St. Clair, then we’re sorry to inform you that he too is back, and stirring up more trouble than ever.
