Isabella the one-eyed rescue dog was the breakout star of Pooch Perfect‘s premiere.

Isabella made her entrance on Rebel Wilson’s dog-grooming reality show for the all-important elimination round.
After having an operation to remove her eye, former homeless pooch, Isabellla was given to a loving home – and on tonight’s episode, she was also given a makeover to lift her spirits.
Shayla and Chris were matched by Isabella.
Bobby the Jack Russell would be getting a makeover from Annette and Lisa, while Benson was getting a zjoosh from Annie and Brad.
Isabella proved tricky because of the trauma suffered from her missing eye, which meant Shayla and Chris had to approach their groom differently.
‘The dog comes first,’ Shayla said, admitting that she hoped their struggle wouldn’t affect the judges’ verdicts.
The husband and wife duo were praised by judges, Amanda and Colin, for putting Isabella ahead of their own dreams.
At the end of the day, the judges thought Annette and Lisa’s ‘lion cut’ on Benson was too basic.
Annette said she was ‘confused’ by the critique, but said industry peeps would see big things from her and Lisa in the future!
