Nick Cummins’ family are speaking out about that shock Bachelor Australia finale which saw him pick no one.
While Nick is in Papua New Guinea, friends of the family have voiced their support.
One pal said to Nick’s sister Bernadette on Facebook, “I think your brother made the right choice.”
“After all, he is honest enough to say that he couldn’t see himself with someone he didn’t truly love. Good on him.”
Bernadette replied, “Why is honesty so hard for some people? I get the disappointment, but the bad mouthing, really?”
Nick’s brother Jacob went down the cryptic Instagram post road, sharing a meme that read: “Gossip dies when it hits a wise person’s ears,” before tagging his big brother.
Nick spoke out about his decision on Sunday’s episode of The Project. Now a body language expert says in their opinion, Nick was acting.
Matchsmith founder Holly Bartter told Daily Mail Australia, “For me it came across as very much him trying to look more pained by his decision than he potentially was.”
Adding, “I don’t think he was feeling as torn up about it as he wanted it to seem.”
