Today, reports surfaced that suggested Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth were expecting their first child. Miley has now set the record straight, calling it “bullsh*t” in a comment on an Instagram fan account she follows.
That account is now private, but multiple fans took screenshots of Miley’s denial and posted them to Twitter.
Miley also took to Twitter directly to respond to reports, turning it into an egg joke – clearly poking fun at the world-record breaking egg that earned the title of Instagram’s most-liked post, dethroning record holder Kylie Jenner.
“I’m not ‘Egg-xpecting’ but it’s ‘Egg-celent’ to hear everyone is so ‘Happy For Us’….we’re happy for us too! ‘Egg-cited’ for this next chapter in our lives….Now , can everyone leave me alone and go back to staring at an egg,” she wrote.
Miley and now-husband Liam tied the knot on December 23, in an intimate ceremony at their family home in Tennesse.
People additionally reported following Cyrus and Hemsworth’s nuptials that babies weren’t on the agenda for the two right now. “They both love kids, but they’re not in a rush to start a family,” a source close to Cyrus told the outlet on December 28.

For the record, Margot has her plate plenty full right now – she and Ackley have their own production company Lucky Chap. “I wasn’t seeing many scripts where I wanted to play the female role — I always wanted to play the male role,” she revealed. “So I was like, ‘Well, we’ll start making our own films because we can’t just sit around forever and wait for them to come along.’”
