It’s official, Camila Cabello and Shawn Mendes are the cutest.
Just a days after the Canadian hottie admitted that he had to ‘fight’ for Camila after years of loving her, the Havana singer has now given a super sweet declaration of love on the radio and it is the purest thing you’ll hear today.

Speaking on UK’s Capital Breakfast radio this morning, Camila said she and Shawn had lost touch due to their busy schedules, but working on their duet “Señorita” brought these two besties back together, which then lead to romantic feelings developing.
“We got to hang out again, like we did on the song we did before, ‘I Know What You Did Last Summer,’ which is when we got really close,” she said.
Camila then said she was “pretty happy”, before adding, “I really, really love him a lot.”

During one of his Q&A’s before a show, Shawn was asked by a fan: “Have you ever loved someone who did love you and what did you do?”
“Yeah… Well, if I told you the whole story of Camila it would take a long time,” he began.
He continued, “I would say that you have to fight for someone you really love, and if you really truly love them, you’ll get them. It just takes time. But make sure you really love them, you just gotta make sure.”
WELL. He’s got it bad. I guess we know who his song “If I Can’t Have You” is about 🙄🙄.
