Fact: Chilling Adventures of Sabrina is probably the best TV show on Netflix.
The show which centres of supernatural themes is SO on point, but somehow makes more sense than it’s sister show Riverdale (which isn’t supernatural, yet has a ‘Gargoyle King’).
But, we love them both. And we want them to intertwine already.
Which they WILL!!!
So how will it pan out? Well Sabrina herself (Kiernan Shipka) has a pretty wicked idea for it.
“My idea, personally, is that I think we need to get one of the Riverdale characters over on our show,” Kiernan told Entertainment Tonight. “Both shows are so tonally different – thanks to [executive producer] Roberto [Aguirre-Sacasa] having such a strong vision – that there’s no way that [we] can have a real merge of the two shows.”
We love it.
“I think Archie should just wander over to Greendale,” she said. “Like, he goes on runs. He’s athletic. He can run into Greendale one day….Right? I honestly think that Archie hopping on over into our show would be awesome. My main pitch is always that… Forget the Gargoyle King! What is happening in the town over?”

Other members of CAOS weighed in on this idea too. Lucy Davis, who plays Aunt Hilda, is a fan of Kiernan’s idea, but would like to see the Spellman Mortuary come into play.
“Perhaps, they’ve lost someone and need the Spellman Mortuary,” she told ET. “I still like the idea of mortals coming across different worlds — whether that’s the world of a superhero or whether it’s the witch world — I like the idea of them coming along and being surprised by things that they see.”
What’s even more exciting is that Kiernan posted a photo of the Archie comic “Afterlife with Archie” on her Instagram story recently, which looked like it could be a possible influence behind the crossover episode…
Ross Lynch, our Harvey Kinkle has also touched on the topic.
“Man, people really really want these shows to collide,” he said during an interview with Elle. “I’m about it. Like I think that would be fun.”
But, that’s all he seems to know so far. “We’ll see. I don’t have any information about it.”
KJ Apa – Archie Andrews – is also very keen on the idea, but he doesn’t think it’s going to happen!
“I really want that to happen.” he told Comicbook.com. “I mean, as far as I know now, I don’t think it is going to happen. But, just because they’ve got the supernatural aspect to it and we don’t really have that. But it would be sick.”
But the one person who can make it happen, Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, has assured fans that the crossover is possible.
“I would hate if there was no way possible for there ever to be a crossover,” he told Entertainment Weekly.
“I think there’d be a great episode where the Riverdale kids hear about a haunted house in Greendale and try to break in and it’s Sabrina’s house. There’s totally a universe where that happens.”
Anything will do, really. In the first half of season one in Sabrina, we had a small crossover with the mysterious Ben Button (Moses Thiessen), when he turned up as a pizza delivery boy.
