Wonder no more ‘cos the show’s costume designer, Michele Clapton just dropped the spoiler we’ve all been waiting for!

She revealed that she created a Ned Stark-inspired cape for the character (played by Kit Harrington) but (and here’s where the spoiler comes in) he doesn’t wear it when he goes for a meeting in Danyerys’ chamber.

Why, you ask?

Well, we’re *assuming* it’s ‘cos the King of the North and the Mother of Dragons will be colliding in season seven.

“We had a lot of discussions about does the cape give him presence or is it better to not have that presence? What are we trying to say?” She said.

“There are times when we removed it because we wanted him to be more vulnerable. Especially I think, when he saw Dany, and he went to see her for the first time in her chamber.”

But you’ll notice that when he meets the current inhabitant of the Iron Throne, Snow keeps his coat on.

“We decided to remove it, but then when he went to see Cersei, we put it on.”

Are you guys ready for the epicness that will be season 7!?
