It came out last week that although Jennifer Lawrence said she’d be taking a year off acting to pursue activism, her team admitted that if anything major came up for her… she would still take it.
And we’d say this project is pretty major.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Jennifer has announced that she’s working with Catt Sadler, a former E! News reporter, on an upcoming series. She shared the news during a promotional event for her new film Red Sparrow.
Refusing to elaborate more on the topic, she even admitted that, “I wasn’t supposed to announce that but I am.”
After the huge announcement, THR revealed that one of their sources could confirm that the two are working on something that will revolve around the #MeToo movement that has been so prevalent in Hollywood right now.
Jen has actually spoken out in support of Catt in the past, when she left E! News after finding out that her male co-host was making near to twice as much money as she was for, “doing essentially similar jobs.”
THIS is something we can’t wait for! Go girls!
