As you may know by now, Disney’s live-action remake of Aladdin has officially been cast!
But, fans around the world were left a little disappointed when Little Mix bae Jade Thirlwall lost out on the role of Princess Jasmine.
She seemed perfect for the role of Jasmine, but the casting instead went to actress Naomi Scott, who was the pink Power Ranger!!
Jade made her disappointment known on Instagram, with both the below pic, and the fact that she ‘liked’ a fans comment about the whole thing.
Now, her boyfriend Jed Elliott of The Struts has admitted she is “a little disappointed.”
Jed told The Sun: “She’s good. Obviously she was a little disappointed to not be involved because she’s a huge Disney fan. That would have been a dream role for her. She’s still a huge Disney fan and she’ll still be first in line for the cinema when it comes out.”
Aw, same babes. Same.
