WELL, there’s actually some hope for the show to return. Yes, Hlary Duff herself has given fans a glimmer of hope for a reboot.
In a new interview with ET, Hilary revealed, “There have been some conversations. It’s definitely not a go. I don’t want everyone wild talking about it.”
Too late!
Hilary continued to chat about Lizzie, saying, “I mean I love her so much. I think she was so important to girls at an important time in their life. If she could be important to them again at this age, I think that would be amazing.”
As for what her beloved character would be like today, Hilary said, “there’s been lots of conversations” on the topic. “I’m racking my brain,” she said. “I don’t think she’s a mum yet, but she might be getting there soon.”
