Is it just us, or does the One Direction drama never end?
Harry Styles hosted Saturday Night Live over the weekend, and on top of gifting us all with his beautiful voice and comedic timing, Harry also showed us all the art of shade in his opening monologue when he took aim at former bandmate Zayn Malik.

Turn away now Zayn stans.
During the customary monologue every guest host makes on SNL, one Harry Styles got his inner sass Queen out to shade the hell out of his former bandmate.
“I’m not in a boy band anymore. I’m in a man band now. I was in a band called One Direction.”
Harry went on to say: “I love those guys. Niall, Liam, Louis…” Hazza then struggles to think of who his fourth bandmate is (Zayn), before concluding “and, uh, Ringo! Yeah, that’s it.”
Oh god, pretending to forget Zayn’s name on national television is peak shade.
Unsurprisingly, Harry isn’t the only One Direction band member to pick a bone with Zayn recently.
Last month, Liam Payne jumped on the shade train in his interview with British GQ, telling the magazine that Zayn “didn’t even say goodbye” after he chose to leave the band.
“I think with Zayn’s particular exit and the way he chose to go, we haven’t really heard from him since he left. He didn’t even say goodbye, if I am being honest. It was a really sordid scenario, from our side, certainly. A bit strange. It’s difficult.”
Liam added: “It got to a point with me where I wouldn’t know where to begin with Zayn. I hope he has good people around him, but I don’t at this stage think it’s anything the rest of us can solve.”
